Ingredients:

  • 10 drops RC blend from Young Living

  • 5 drops Peppermint

  • 3 drops Copaiba

  • Fractionated coconut oil.

Directions:

  • Add oils to a rollerball and top with fractionated coconut oil.

  • Roll onto your chest just before your workout.

  • This blend helps you breathe and gives you energy when exercising!
