Massage has so many benefits for the body and mind alone…but when combined with essential oil plant power, clients get way more than just relaxed muscles! Sharon Davenport is a Wife, Mom, Founder of PRIME Total Body Systems, LLC & Kindred Touch. She loves helping people experience the joys of massage therapy, self-care and essential oils to promote total wellness and healthy communication among families in their daily lives. Sharon has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 14 years and holds many other trainings and certifications but we are here today with her to focus on the intersection of essential oils and massage.

Ingredients:
In a 10 mL roller bottle, add:
3 drops lavender essential oil
3 drops rose essential oil
Fill halfway with sweet almond oil
Fill remaining space with olive squalane oil
Roll between palms and apply under eyes in the morning and before bed. It gets rid of dark circles under your eyes, I can see the difference myself!

15 drops Citronella Essential Oil

Directions:
- Combine everything in a glass spray bottle and spray liberally.
