307: True or False? NEVER Use EOs While Pregnant or w/ Kids
When it comes to using essential oils during pregnancy or with children, I often give the same advice: it’s a personal choice. Personally, there were few oils I avoided during pregnancy, and for the most part, the idea that it’s dangerous to use EOs while pregnant is a little nutty to me. But at the end of the day, it’s a personal choice. It comes down to learning to trust your body; trust your senses, trust your child, and get familiar with the oils that are up for debate. Jade and I are back to end our series with our thoughts and advice on this very controversial topic!
Jade is an aromatherapy practitioner, researcher, and educator for over two decades, Jade opened her first aromatherapy school, The Institute for Dynamic Aromatherapy (IDA), in New England in 1991. In 1997, Jade joined the education committee of the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy Education committee and played a pivotal role in setting education standards for aromatherapy.
