Amanda Mashinter’s Sample Daily Routine (Notes):

AM:

  • 2oz ningxia red

  • 1 drop lemon vitality

  • 1 drop endoflex -apply over thyroid

  • 1 drop Idaho blue spruce -inside of ankle

  • 1 scoop alka-lime

  • 1/2 tsp sulferzyme -one hour before breakfast

  • 1 life 5

Pre workout

  • 1 drop valor -5 minutes before lifting clockwise on chest

  • 1 drop peppermint vitality

  • 1 oz ningxia red

  • 1 drop motivation (apply to wrist)

  • 1 drop balsam fir (apply to chest)

  • en-r-gee along spine

During workout:

  • 1 scoop aminowise

  • In my water bottle is:

  • 1 drop slique essence, grapefruit, lime and lemongrass

  • Post workout:

  • -pure protein complete (I use a vegan powder)

  • 1 drop ocotea (under tongue)

  • 1 drop Idaho blue spruce (inside ankles)

  • 1 drop stress away (on wrist)

  • 1 life 5

  • 1/2 tsp sulferzyme & 2 tabs of super C (before bed)

Ingredients:

  • 4 drops tea tree essential oil

  • 1 drop ylang ylang essential oil

Directions:

  • Add to diffuser when you want it to smell like roses without the high price tag.
