WOW! KNOWLEDGE BOMB DROPS this week! Treasure after treasure rolls in this episode from one of my favorite guests Jodi Cohen. We talk a lot on this show about the sympathetic vs parasympathetic nervous system, but we certainly haven’t heard it all. Jodi is an expert at making amazing essential oil blends with seemingly endless amounts of knowledge and research to back her decisions up. This episode will make you start carrying more oils in your to-go purse I’m sure!

Jodi Sternoff Cohen is a bestselling author, award-winning journalist, functional practitioner and founder of Vibrant Blue Oils, where she creates unique proprietary blends of organic and wild-crafted essential oils.  She has helped over 50,000 clients heal from brain related challenges, including anxiety, insomnia, and autoimmunity. She shares a snippet from one of her favorite books, Viktor E. Frankl’s “Man’s Search For Meaning” with us this week and I’d like to share it with you here: “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”

You’ll learn:

  • Can you anticipate your flight or flight response?

  • Ways to calm your sympathetic nervous system

  • Why you can’t heal even if you’re a “healthy” person

  • How “nose cells” are “brain cells”

  • How to trick your brain out of a panic attack

  • Why Clove and Lime are a killer duo

  • An instant “fix” for constipation

  • Ways our body are like cars
