Healthy pumpkin spice creamer

Ingredients:

Combine the following in a blender:

  • 2 cups almond or coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 drops cinnamon bark vitality

  • 2 drops clove vitality

  • 1 drop ginger vitality

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • add honey or sweetener if desired


Directions:

Blend, refrigerate, and keep in an airtight container. Shake before using. Use within a week.
