Ingredients:

In a diffuser, add: 

  • 3 drops peppermint essential oil 

  • 2 drops rosemary essential oil 

  • 3 drops orange essential oil

Then breathe deep! 

The current “Safe At Home” order in Minnesota has me feeling a little stir crazy. I was beginning to feel pretty lousy and put this combo in my diffuser. I noticed an almost immediate change in my mood and mental state. Stay healthy and whole, friends.
