Midday Pick Me Up

DIY dugout: Capri Loegering

Ingredients:

In a diffuser, add the following: 

  • 2 drops of bergamot 

  • 2 drops of lemongrass 

  • 2 drops of kunzea 

    Diffuse and enjoy!  

All Purpose Cleaner: 

  • 1/4 cup Castile soap 

  • 2 cups water 

  • 25 drops citrus oil of choice 

Mix and store in a glass spray bottle 

 

 

Wood Polish 

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 

  • 10 drops lemon essential oil 

Store in a glass jar and use on wood furniture with a rag 

 

Fall Diffuser Blend 

  • 3 drops clove essential oil 

  • 3 drops cinnamon essential oil 

  • 3 drops orange essential oil 

 

LLP Diffuser Blend 

  • 3 drops lemon essential oil 

  • 3 drops lavender essential oil 

  • 3 drops peppermint essential oil 

 

Breathe Easy Diffuser Blend 

  • 4 drops eucalyptus essential oil 

  • 4 drops lemon or lime essential oil 

 

Aphrodisiac Diffuser Blend 

  • 3 drops ylang ylang essential oil 

  • 3 drops patchouli essential oil 

  • 3 drops bergamot essential oil 

 

Guacamole 

  • Mashed avocados 

  • Garlic 

  • Salt 

  • Cilantro 

  • Cumin 

  • Chipotle powder 

  • Diced onion 

  • Lime essential oil
