Morning Immunity Tea
DIY dugout: Kimberlee De Biase

Ingredients:
In a mug or glass, combine:
8 oz warm water
1 drop Lemon vitality essential oil
2 drops Ginger vitality essential oil
2 shakes of cayenne pepper
1 tsp honey for sweetness (optional)
The water should be warm but not boiling to protect the properties of the lemon and ginger. Stir well and enjoy!
