Relief for Sleep Diffuser Blend

Ingredients:
In a diffuser combine:
1 drop peppermint
1 drop lemongrass
1 drop cedar wood
2 drops lavender
Note If you are a beginner, try diffusing this blend for 3 hours. For heavier essential oil users you can diffuse for six hours, or multiply each of the oil drops by two. Amy has found this blend helps her relax until she’s so tired she falls asleep (and it works on her boyfriend too!)
