DIY dugout: Kimberly Lancaster

Ingredients:

In a blender, add: 

  • ½  cup frozen strawberries  

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries 

  • 1 cup fresh spinach 

  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 

  • 1 drop Lemon vitality oil 

  • 1 drop Cinnamon Bark vitality oil 

Blend and enjoy!
