Mindset and Wellness coach Megan Swan opens up to us about her decisions to stop drinking alcohol entirely in her life. She is a certified IIN Health Coach, Plant-Based Chef, Detox Expert, Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of integrative wellness experience.   • 2 drops Thieves

  • 2 drops Stress Away

  • 1 drop Orange
