Our guest this week is the epitome of love! Her website even ends with .love instead of .com which I just… LOVE! Marcela Benson sees life as an invitation. There is no dogmatic way to “be healthy” or happy. Instead of telling people what they should or shouldn’t do in order to live healthier lives, she wants to inspire and invite others to explore and learn and grow with compassion and curiosity. Her newest book Love, Peace, and Vegetables is an encyclopedic resource that does exactly what she intends: it inspires and invites us into a healthier way of eating, cooking, and living. She understands that change is scary, and she’s here to encourage us to have patience with ourselves as we embark on our own healthy living journeys. 


Marcela holds an M.A. in Vegan and Live Food Nutrition from the University of Integrated Science California. She has a background in Ayurvedic science, Amazonian and Chinese herbalism, zero-point energy healing, bio-resonance, biofeedback, and holistic wellness.

Achy Tissues Rollerball Blend

Ingredients: 

Using a 10 ml Roller Ball bottle add,

  • 20 drops Copaiba 

  • 15 drops Cedarwood 

  • 10 drops Lavender

Directions: 

Swirl the synergy and then top the remainder of the bottle with coconut oil or your favorite carrier oil. Apply to areas of soreness for a calming effect.

  • Equal Parts (2 drops each) Lavender, Lemon, Rosemary, Grapefruit
