Amy’s mask recipe: In a small glass bowl combine: 1 ounce of ethanol alcohol (vodka or another high proof alcohol works!) with various essential oils such as 5 to 7 drops of lavender essential oil, 1 drop of rosemary essential oil, and 5 drops orange essential oils
Next, slowly pour in 1 ounce of distilled water and stir thoroughly. Once mixed, pour carefully into a spray bottle and shake until combined. Use the mixture to spray the inside and outside of your mask, then wave it around in the air a few times before putting it on.
