Our DIY Dugout: Nighttime wellness

  • 14 drops bergamot 

  • 7 drops cedar wood 

  • 2 drops peppermint 

  • 3drops r.c. 

  • 6 drops thieves

Directions: 

  • Top off with fractionated coconut oil and apply topically for a good night’s rest.
