While the idea of letting another person poke you all over with needles may make some squeamish, acupressure delivers many of the same benefits without turning you into a pin cushion. Merina Ty-Kisera, author and Oriental Medicine practitioner, has been passionate about health and healing for as long as she can remember. Merina’s practice, Merina Wellness, specializes in releasing the root cause of stress, increasing stress tolerance, and helping patients move through the psychosocial/emotional issues underlying their symptoms. Ty-Kisera trained in Aroma AcuPoint Therapy and from that study developed her own version of acupressure with essential oils for her patients.

Tune in to discover what happens when you combine the healing powers of essential oils with the ancient healing technique of acupressure. Merina shares some of her favorite combinations for everyday wellness. Try it for yourself!
