What natural substance can you use to clean your face, sanitize your house, AND increase your mental focus? Cinnamon essential oil! We love so many things about this oil, and its spicy invigorating scent is a total bonus. Join us as we chat with Rachel Andorfer, who originally trained in Biophysics and Bioengineering but came to essential oils through a chance reading of a paper about lavender oil and anxiety. After falling in love with natural medicine, she combined her love of science and essential oils to create The Essential Girl. Through her blog and online courses, she educates people about the science of essential oils on a fundamental level, because she believes you shouldn’t have to be a PhD to understand essential oils.
Listen in to discover some of Rachel’s favorite ways to use cinnamon essential oil. She also sheds light on the controversial issue of using essential oils around cats, and why they process these substances so differently.
