Many of us are experiencing higher-than-usual levels of fear, anxiety and depression due to lifestyle changes brought about by COVID-19. Knowing how to support ourselves during these and other trying times can make the difference between sickness and health. Today we discuss tools to help us process and release toxic emotions with Rhonda Favano, author of Conquering Toxic Emotions. Rhonda’s passion is assisting families in becoming more responsible and self-reliant for their health and well-being. Because essential oils have a high frequency and are very diverse in their benefits and effects, they are Rhonda’s first choice for supporting the body, mind, and spirit.
Many of us spend a lot of our energy caring for our families and communities. Giving ourselves the emotional support we need can improve our lives tremendously, giving us the reserves we need to help others.
