Crisp Restless Legs Calmer

Ingredients: 

  • Coconut oil

  • 3 drops Panaway

  • 3 drops Copiaba

  • 3 drops Frankincense

Directions: Rub on legs for a calming effect for legs that have trouble being still.

Sam’s Fav Oil of the Week:  Nutmeg

For an upset tummy drop Digize into your belly button and gently massage around the abdomen, and put one drop of peppermint essential oil onto your tongue.
