Essential oils work synergistically to bring the cells of our body into homeostasis, or balance. Humans and plants go way back—that’s why they work so well together. The body can recognize an essential oil molecule as a natural, complete medicine, and knows what to do with that molecule—just like essential oil molecules know how to best balance the body. It takes no micromanaging on our part…the intelligence is inherent! Join us as we chat about this and more with Brandi Johnson, an Alternative Medicine practitioner specializing in the Chiropractic field. She fell in love with the philosophy and soon began school to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic. It is here that she learned the truth about how the body heals itself when it is free of interference. Today she has a small practice in Boone, North Carolina where her focus is holistic in nature, addressing immune system health, gut health, and also performing other testing, like hair analysis, to find underlying causes of health complaints.
