Sometimes we need help getting unstuck in life. Often, we intuitively know what changes we need to make or what we need to add to our daily routines in order to get back into balance. Today we discuss tools to get in tune with ourselves in order to experience more of what we want in our lives. Dr. Velvete Womack is an author, speaker, teacher, healer, and Metaphysian. She’s been a “Wellness Commentator” for KETRradio  in East Texas, as well as a Motivational Speaker for several Women’s Wellness events. She holds a PhD in Metaphysics and has been recognized as a leader in Metaphysics and Quantum Biofeedback for over 23 years.Her focus is in helping others experience greater freedom of mind, body, and spirit.

Our bodies are built to heal, and are constantly renewing themselves. Once we identify the harmful patterns that block our natural healing and use the right tools to elevate our frequency, we will experience more healing and wholeness.

Urban Mint Diffuser blend

DIY dugout: Bridgett Antolick

 In a diffuser, add:

  • 5 drops kunzea essential oil

  • 3 drops spearmint essential oil

  • 2 drops lavender essential oil

This blend reminds me of a little sun/greenhouse-type room in an apartment downtown of a big city like New York. To me it’s more of an upscale minty blend that with an “urban” vibe.
