Most of you know Sam’s passion for podcasting and sharing the many uses of essential oils, but you may not know about her career as a childbirth educator and doula!   • A great DIY recipe for homemade belly rub! To make this recipe, combine 1/4 cup coconut oil, about 4 tablespoons of cocoa butter, and 4 teaspoons of sweet almond oil as your base and mix 6-8 drops each of frankincense, lavender, and Young Living’s Gentle Babies blend (26:25)
