CBD is a hot topic in health right now, but what exactly is all the buzz about? CBD, short for cannabidiol, is one of the chemical compounds found in the hemp plant, and has been known to offer many health benefits.  Orange Sleepy Balls

DIY dugout:  Lauren Spencer 

From: Sheffield, England  

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ground almonds 

  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds 

  • 1/2 cup almond butter 

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder 

  • 6 medjool dates 

  • 2 tbsp orange essential oil 

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 

Combine all the ingredients into balls and place in the fridge until settled.
