Soothing Muscle Blend Roller Ball

From:  Karen Schlieter

Ingredients:

  • 20 drops Copaiba

  • 15 drops Cedarwood

  • 10 drops Lavender

    Directions:

  • Using a 10 ml Roller Ball bottle add your oils and swirl. Top the remainder of the bottle with coconut oil or your favorite carrier oil. Apply to your muscles for a calming affect.
