20 drops Copaiba
15 drops Cedarwood
10 drops Lavender
Directions:
Using a 10 ml Roller Ball bottle add your oils and swirl. Top the remainder of the bottle with coconut oil or your favorite carrier oil. Apply to your muscles for a calming affect.
