 In a glass combine the following ingredients and mix thoroughly

  • 1/2 can to 1 can of sparkling water  

  • 1 packet of Stevia 

  • 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil 

  • Optional: 1-2 ounce Yl NingXia Red
