The world is a big place for tiny humans. Most children can benefit from the awareness that some emotions they experience aren’t coming from them, but from people and circumstances around them. In today’s episode, Kat Mulvaney, author of "A Good Day at School," discusses some tools in her coaching toolkit that she has found to be helpful with processing the energies we all encounter going through life. Kat is a holistic family coach, helping you understand your struggling child’s big emotions –– and move from surviving to thriving. She helps families connect to their sensitive family member who is unable to conform to many of today’s mainstream systems. She’s been teaching since 2014 and is currently writing her second book.

Tune in to discover tools to help the young people in your life navigate the turbulent ups and downs of everyday life.
