We’ll talk with Josephine Atluri, an expert in meditation and in overcoming adversity to find joy. Mindfulness is at the root of our health and can help us appreciate the beauty in the present moments. While it’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of chaos, using resources like essential oils and meditation will help keep you grounded and in control of your world.
